Accessibility is not just limited to attractions. More often than not, there are growing challenges to make foods safe for those with sensitivities to particular ingredients. I used the North Pole and polar bears to create an allergy-friendly food truck. I researched different food truck designs, learned which licenses I needed to operate it, and how I could attract customers.
